Mr. Rajesh Daga has been the driving force behind taking Fine Colour Gems to a global level.
Building on the strong foundation set by his father Late Shri Shanti Lal Ji Daga, he brought in fresh ideas while staying true to the brand’s roots.
He focused on forming strong partnerships with international mines, which gave the company access to some of the world’s finest gemstones like Tanzanite and Zambian Emeralds.
Under his leadership, Fine Colour Gems grew steadily—expanding into new markets, introducing new luxury designs, and always maintaining high standards of quality.
He encouraged creativity and supported skilled craftsmanship, helping the brand stand out while keeping its promise of trust, beauty, and timeless elegance.
